How does the consultation process work?
We offer free home consultations where we bring our samples directly to you. During the visit, we’ll discuss your requirements, take measurements, and provide expert advice on the best solutions for your windows. This allows you to see how different options will look in your own space.
What areas do you cover?
We provide measuring and fitting services across Burscough, Ormskirk, Hesketh Bank, Southport, Tarleton, Rufford, Banks, Scarisbrick, and surrounding areas in West Lancashire. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to get in touch.
Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

How long does it take from order to installation?
Typically, standard orders are completed within 2–4 weeks. Some custom options may take slightly longer.
Can I just order and install myself?
Absolutely! We also offer a supply-only service with detailed fitting instructions if you prefer DIY.
